Helping businesses turn marketing spend into measurable revenue.

I’m Shan Ali Lashari, a Performance Marketing and Marketing Analytics professional focused on one fundamental question:

Is marketing actually creating profitable business growth?

I work across paid media, measurement, analytics, and growth strategy to help businesses understand where their customers are coming from, what it costs to acquire them, and which marketing investments deserve to be scaled.

My goal is not to generate more clicks, impressions, or dashboard activity.

It is to build a clearer connection between marketing spend, customer acquisition, revenue, and profit.

From running campaigns to understanding the economics behind growth.

I started working in digital marketing in 2019, initially across SEO, paid media, and social platforms before moving deeper into performance marketing.

Since then, I’ve worked across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Snapchat and programmatic media, supporting campaigns across eCommerce, lead generation, services, education, real estate and other business categories.

As my experience developed, one problem became increasingly obvious.

Most businesses have plenty of marketing data.

Very few have enough clarity.

Ad platforms report ROAS. Analytics platforms report conversions. CRM systems report leads. Finance reports revenue.
But those numbers often exist separately.

That is why my work is increasingly focused on connecting performance marketing with marketing analytics and Revenue Intelligence — so businesses can understand not only which campaigns perform, but which activities actually create valuable customers and profitable growth.

“Marketing without a clear connection to revenue is just expensive activity.”

What I Bring to the Table

Building and improving paid acquisition systems designed around business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

My work includes:

The objective is simple:
Acquire more valuable customers at economics the business can sustain.

Advertising platforms only show part of the picture.

I use marketing and business data to understand what happens beyond the click — connecting acquisition activity with leads, customers, revenue and profitability.

My focus includes:
The goal is not more reports.

It is better decisions.

This is where my work is heading.

Revenue Intelligence connects marketing, sales, customer and financial information into one commercial view.

Instead of asking:
“Which campaign generated the most conversions?”
I want businesses to be able to answer:
“Which channel, campaign, audience and customer segment generated the most profitable revenue?”
That shift changes how marketing budgets are allocated and how growth decisions are made.

How I approach growth.

My approach is built around one simple idea: marketing should not only generate clicks, impressions, or reports. It should help a business understand what matters, where the real constraint is, and which decision should come next.

Better growth starts with better diagnosis.

Before scaling budgets or changing campaigns, I look for the real constraint. It may be creative, targeting, conversion rate, tracking, lead quality, sales follow-up, pricing, margins, or customer economics. Once the constraint is clear, the next move becomes easier.

Measure what matters

Clicks and impressions have their place, but business decisions should ultimately connect to customers, revenue and profit.

Find the constraint

Growth problems are rarely solved by simply increasing advertising budgets.
The real constraint may be targeting, creative, conversion rate, tracking, lead quality, sales follow-up, pricing or customer economics.
Find the constraint first

Test with evidence

Marketing improves through structured experimentation.
Build a hypothesis. Test it. Measure the result. Keep what works. Remove what does not.

Connect marketing to business economics

ROAS alone does not determine whether a business is growing profitably
CAC, margins, LTV, repeat purchases, lead quality and payback period provide a much more complete picture.

Make the data actionable

A dashboard that nobody uses is decoration.
Good analytics should make the next business decision easier
